For many years we have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs with the previous in place Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa. With 2019 Home Office changes, we currently offer Start-up, Innovator and Sole Representative visa applicants help, with their business plan preparations. We can also offer advice to applicants on the process of getting endorsement.
We also pride ourselves in supporting investors, applicants and business owners who have already been granted a Visa, to establish and reach business growth, via expanding their activities in the UK to meet the business eligibility requirements. This would provide the ability to extend their visa and run a profitable business.
Additionally, we help investors find quality, pre-vetted investment opportunities from middle-stage companies that match their skill set and personality.
Opening your business to new terrain can be an enthralling venture. For any business owner it is vital that before applying for a business visa, you have a carefully prepared and detailed business plan that will serve as a supporting document for either the Home Office or any Endorsing body, to show your intentions with starting a business in British waters, so that you acquire a business visa.
Our team of experts will help you create a full business plan with detailed market research, a UK market overview to prove your business idea is viable and provide the Home Office or any Endorsing body with the details they need to understand your intentions.
Our visa plans are extremely detailed, including information on the background of your Company (for Sole Representative visas), how trade will be conducted, transportation channels, sourcing details, product descriptions and also the best locations for your business.
Furthermore, a three years’ service analysis will be provided within the plan so the Home Office will be able to see the financial viability of the trade operation.
