Extension/Renewal of Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa
Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension requirements are strict, especially the Genuine Entrepreneur Test. The UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) team can visit your trade premises to check the genuineness of the business when you opt for an extension.
The Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa was for foreign entrepreneurs interested in investing in or setting up and running a business (or businesses) in the UK. This includes as a sole trader, partnership, or company registered in the UK. If you currently hold a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, you can opt for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension until April 2023. If your application is successful, you will be granted an extension as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur for two years. Applications for indefinite leave to remain as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur can be made until April 2025.
As part of your Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension process, you must include a detailed business plan to demonstrate your past performance and expansion plans. If so, our business and immigration consultants can assist you in identifying your business plan weaknesses and help you create a proper plan to ensure that your Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension business plan meets the requirements of the Immigration Rules.
The requirements you will need to satisfy will vary depending on your circumstances; we suggest booking a consultation session with our experts. The initial contact is free and will allow us to discuss the details further on 02036376137 or by emailing Info@bandfbusinessplans.co.uk.
