Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence
Sponsor/ Employer Information
To hire someone from outside the UK, you'll almost always need a sponsor licence. A company must have a sponsorship licence. To obtain a UK visa sponsorship licence, a corporation must apply to the Home Office. The Home Office will only provide a sponsor licence to an organisation that can demonstrate the roles for which it is recruiting and the employees it plans to sponsor. They must comply with all immigration regulations. In addition, the organisation must ensure that it has appropriate HR procedures in place that meet sponsorship compliance standards.
Eligibility
You can't receive an employer's licence if you have a sponsor licence that was cancelled in the last 12 months because of unspent criminal convictions for immigration offences or certain other crimes, such as fraud or money laundering. To handle sponsorship in your firm, you'll need proper processes in place to monitor sponsored employees and people. Also, your application form and supporting papers will be reviewed by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
We at B&F will also review any/all documentation to ensure that it is up to standard. They may visit to your place of business to ensure that you are trustworthy and capable of carrying out your responsibilities.
Application Process
You must apply for your licence online. After completing the online application, you must submit your supporting documents and the submission sheet at the end of the application. You can simply do this by sending a scan or picture and posting them via email. However, we recommend working via B&F because for them to be accepted you must make sure that they are in the PDF, JPEG or PNG format and the letters are large enough to read. We’ll double check everything for you.
Requirements and Responsibilities
Several factors that must be considered when applying for such licenses. Verify that your overseas personnel have the appropriate skills, credentials, or professional accreditations to perform their positions, and keep only copies of paperwork that prove it. When a job is qualified for sponsorship, provide workers sponsorship certificates. Notify UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) if your sponsored workers are not adhering to their visa terms. Lastly, if you fail to meet these obligations, your licence may be reduced, suspended, or revoked.
Our Team
We usually start with a phone call to your company's primary contact. This might be a key decision maker, a relevant human resources officer, or even a migrant seeking sponsorship. The initial contact is free and will allow us to discuss the details further on 02036376137 or emailing immigration@bfservices.co.uk.
We intend to leverage our prior experience and knowledge to ensure that sponsorship licences are issued as soon as feasible. We go about making the extra effort for the Home Office, bearing in mind if we plan to do an audit it reduces the likelihood of a Home Office visit and expedites the procedure.
