Tier 1 Sole Representative Visa
The sole representative visa is for an employee from an overseas company planning to set up a UK branch or wholly-owned subsidiary of the overseas parent company, in the UK.
Initially, a sole representative visa is granted for three years and can then be extended for another two years. The applicant can apply to settle in the UK after completing five years of continuous residence on a sole representative visa.
The applicant must hold high-level seniority within the organisation and possess the skills and experience to set up a UK branch/company in the UK. The individual should also not be a majority shareholder, and as a general rule, they should not have more than 30% shareholding. The applicant is required to meet the English language requirements for the application.
A detailed business plan must be submitted as part of the application. There is no minimum funds requirement, to invest in the company. Your business plan will be a key asset in helping the home office decide whether to grant you said visa. Our comprehensive business plan will include many of the hallmarks of a basic business plan whilst covering other specific details needed in particular for the new UK Business Visa. Our experts will include the details of the proposed UK branch of the subsidiary, market research, specified marketing strategy, financial predictions as well as information on your products and services, appendix and more.
Many unsuccessful applicants do not complete the paid work accurately, we ensure with our decades of experience our experts assess the application with a fine-tooth comb, so your paperwork won’t hinder your success in getting the Sole Representative Visa.
