The Start Up Visa focuses on individuals due to set up a business and want it established in the UK for the first time. Fortunately, this does not require you to be a graduate or even initially having a guaranteed financial budget. However, the applicant must demonstrate that they intend/can perform the ideas start in their plans.

Endorsing Body
A Start-up Visa applicant must get an endorsement letter from a Home Office-approved endorsing entity. In B&F we are results oriented, we are committed to assisting you every step of the way. Duration
This is a visa that is applicable for 2 years, it does not lead to straight access to settlement within the UK. However, you will have the ability to which to another visa while in the UK, the innovative visa. All things considered, the home office will also have to approve of the company’s idea and plan, but these are matters where we as a support company can help.
Once you have applied online and gone through the various next steps, you’ll receive your decision in 3 weeks if outside of the UK and 8 weeks if within the UK.
